World Lore

Elementallia: Land of Deception

Elementallia is a JRPG “Tales of” inspired game. The story follows Dreagon on his journey to defeat the Darkness.

The world of Elementallia

Elementallia is a realm fractured by memory, power, and fear. Once‑great kingdoms stood in balance, but a darker force now twists the land itself. This world isn’t just a stage for combat — it’s a living story shaped by corruption, loss, and the human cost of choosing what is right.

The Darkness

The Darkness is not a single enemy but a spreading force of despair, distortion, and ruin. It feeds on fractured loyalties, broken promises, and forgotten truths, slowly consuming everything it touches. To defeat it, Dreagon must confront both the external threat and the inner shadows of those around him.

Elemental Law

Only one person can wield an element at a time.

The world’s elemental power is not limitless. It is sacred, dangerous, and bound to a single wielder at any given moment.

What this means

  • An element is not chosen — it is inherited.
  • Only one person can wield an element at any given time.
  • When two parents possess an element, they lose it the moment their child is born, and the newborn becomes the new wielder.
  • If a wielder dies without having a child, the element does not disappear — it jumps to a random newborn somewhere in the world.
  • Forcing an element onto someone who was never meant to wield it leads to instability, corruption, or complete spiritual collapse.

Why it matters

The elemental law is not a choice system — it is a chain of inheritance, fate, and consequence. Because the power belongs to bloodline and destiny, every wielder is both blessed and burdened by the role they were born into.
